Luis Montalvan says the attack came as he was photographing the restaurant after he repeatedly complained about the treatment he received there. |

September 4, 2009 - Veterans for Common Sense appears once again in the prestigious Proceedings magazine. Navy veteran and former Los Angeles Times reporter Art Pine details the military's latest efforts to understand and treat veterans with post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. The September 2009 article follows a February 2008 article in Proceedings that relied heavily upon information collected by VCS using the Freedom of Information Act.
